Q: What is Amy Lee Designs all about?
Each piece you see here begins with a painting. A spark of color and joy created to lift hearts and brighten days. From journals and bookmarks to notecards and stickers, every design celebrates the beauty of creation and reminds us to find the light and wonder within and see the beauty all around us.

Q: Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every piece begins as an original acrylic painting by Amy, then is thoughtfully reproduced as digital products, and assembled with care in her home studio to ensure quality, color, and heart in every order.

Q: Do you sell original paintings?
Yes! While many originals have already found their forever homes, we do have a select number still available. Since they’re not listed on the website, please contact Amy directly via the Contact form if you’re interested in a particular piece or would like to see what’s currently in the studio.

Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I place an order?
Simply browse the shop, choose your favorites, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, head to checkout. It’s quick and secure.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
Amy Lee Design’s accepts major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please reach out as soon as possible at amy@amyleedesigns.com, and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from?
All non-Amazon items are lovingly packed and shipped from Amy’s home studio in Florida. Journals ordered through Amazon KDP ship directly from Amazon.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your package is on its way.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only, but international options are coming soon!

Q: My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Please check your tracking link first. If it’s been delayed or seems lost, email amy@amyleedesigns.com and we’ll help you locate it.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
We want you to love your order! If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Journals fulfilled through Amazon should be returned directly through Amazon’s return system.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! That’s not the experience we want for you! Please email a photo of the damage to amy@amyleedesigns.com, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Products & Care

Q: What materials do you use?
All prints and notecards are made with premium matte card stock for rich color and a soft finish. Bookmarks are laminated for durability, and journals are printed on high-quality paper that’s smooth and satisfying to write on.

Q: How should I care for my prints or bookmarks?
Keep them away from direct sunlight and moisture for the longest life and brightest color. Laminated bookmarks can be wiped gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

Q: Are your products eco-friendly?
Whenever possible, we use recyclable packaging and locally sourced materials. Every small choice adds up to protecting the beauty that inspires our art.

Gift Orders

Q: Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely! Each piece is beautifully packaged and makes a heartfelt gift. You can even add a personal note at checkout! We’ll include it in your order.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available so your loved ones can pick their favorite piece of wonder and light.

Custom Work & Licensing

Q: Do you accept commissions or custom requests?
Yes! Reach out to Amy via the Contact Form with details of your request, or contact Amy at amy@amyleedesigns.com.

Q: Can I license your artwork?
Yes! Amy Lee Designs welcomes collaborations and licensing partnerships that share our love of color, joy, and creation’s beauty.
