Return & Exchange Policy

For Journals (Purchased via Amazon)

All journal purchases made through Amazon are fulfilled and managed directly by Amazon.


Please refer to Amazon’s return and refund policy for processing any returns, exchanges, or issues with your order. You can initiate a return or replacement through your Amazon account under “Your Orders.”

For All Other Products (Purchased from Amy Lee Designs)

Every product from my home studio is created and packaged with great care. I want you to absolutely love what you receive!


If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll make it right.

Eligible Returns

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective

  • Incorrect items received

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of purchase (before shipment)

Returns for reasons other than damage or error (like a change of mind) are generally not accepted.

That said, if you have any concerns, please reach out. I always want you to be happy with your experience.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email amy@amyleedesigns.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos are helpful).

  2. I’ll review your request within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, I’ll provide return instructions or a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads or printables

  • Sale items

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Orders that are not in original wrapping or packaging

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on my part.
