How It Works

  1. Check your email for your order confirmation from Amy Lee Designs.

  2. Once your package ships, open the email titled “Your Order is on Its Way!”

  3. Click the tracking link to view real-time updates.

If you can’t find the email, try checking your spam or promotions folder. Sometimes they like to hide there!

Processing Times

  • In-stock products: Ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Made-to-order or custom pieces: Ship within 10-15 business days.

  • Amazon orders (journals): Tracking is managed directly through Amazon. Please log into your Amazon account for shipping updates.
